How to tell them apart?

There are many small, globular cacti... it''s easy to get confused. There are some features that can help us distinguish them: They always bloom from the lower part of the plant, close to the ground. They don''t have ribs, although they do have small tubercles on the areoles, and especially their abundant trumpet-shaped flowers in a wide variety of colors.

Cultivation requirements

In general, they do not have high requirements. Space out watering so that the soil dries out completely before watering again. Fertilize frequently but moderately. Some species have significant taproots, so it is necessary to use deep pots to avoid damaging them. They can generally be propagated very easily, both by seeds and cuttings.
